ADD SURGERY
TO YOUR
PRACTICE.
ADD NOTHING
ELSE.
No new equipment. No new staff. No overhead. Dr. Tiplea arrives with everything — you provide the chair, he delivers the surgery, and you walk away with 50% of the production and a patient who never left your practice.
Three Things That
Change Your Practice.
50%
Of surgical production — yours
Every wisdom teeth case and implant placement generates production split directly with your practice. Paid same day. No invoicing, no waiting, no ambiguity.
$0
Overhead on your end
We bring the surgeon, the assistant, the IV sedation system, the surgical instruments, the implant inventory, and every supply used. Your operatory. Our operating room.
100%
Patient retention
Your patient has surgery in your office, with your name on the wall. They recover bonded to your practice — not a specialist's. No referral loss. No patient drift.
Simple from
Day One.
01
You submit the case
Send us the patient
Submit patient info, PANO, medical history, and requested procedures through our HIPAA-secure portal. We review and approve within 24 hours. You select a surgical block from our shared calendar — 60, 90, or 120 minutes depending on the case.
02
We handle surgery day
We show up with everything
Dr. Tiplea and his trained surgical assistant arrive at your office. They set up in your operatory, perform surgery under IV conscious sedation, and clean up completely. Your staff does not assist. Your day does not change.
03
You get paid. Patient stays.
Production split same day
50% of surgical production is settled at the end of the session. Your patient goes home in your care. Our automated follow-up system handles post-op check-ins at Days 0, 1, 3, 7, and 14 — nothing falls through the cracks.
We Bring
the Entire OR.
Your only contribution is the operatory. Everything else — equipment, supplies, instruments, the assistant — arrives with us and leaves with us.

Everything You
Want to Know.
Who carries liability for surgery performed in my office?
Dr. Tiplea holds independent malpractice insurance covering all surgical procedures performed in host offices. A Business Associate Agreement is executed before the first case. Your office is not exposed for surgical outcomes.
What exactly does my office need to provide?
A dental operatory, a patient chair, suction, and a power outlet. That is the complete list. We arrive with everything else. Your team does not need to assist, scrub in, or change their daily workflow in any way.
How is the 50/50 split calculated and paid?
50% of gross surgical production, settled at the end of the surgical session. Same split on every case, every time — no hidden charges, no equipment rental fees, no per-procedure markups. Clean and consistent.
What patient types can I refer?
ASA I and select ASA II patients — healthy adults and those with well-controlled systemic conditions. Medical history is reviewed on every case before approval. We do not accept cases beyond what is safe for an office-based setting.
What about sterilization and infection control?
We bring pre-packaged, autoclave-verified sterile trays for every case. We do not use your sterilization center. All disposables are single-use and disposed of by our team. OSHA and CDC guidelines followed throughout.
What standard is IV sedation run to?
The monitoring standard an anesthesiologist would use — continuous SpO₂, capnography, 4-lead EKG, and blood pressure on every case. Reversal agents, oxygen, and AED travel with Dr. Tiplea to every host office. Conservative patient selection, ASA I and II. This is simply how he works.
How far in advance do I need to schedule?
Most cases are scheduled within 1–2 weeks. Submit the case through our portal, receive approval within 24 hours, then select a surgical block from our shared calendar — 60, 90, or 120 minutes depending on case complexity.
Can we start with one case before committing?
Yes — and we encourage it. New host offices start with a first-case introduction at a preferential split. Experience the workflow before you decide. Most offices schedule their second case before the first one is finished.
